ABOUT MATRIX

Matrix was established in 1996 as a way for the students in our school to exercise their creative abilities. This is the twenty fourth volume of the Matrix Literary Journal. We are pleased to have created this year's journal with the theme, "Finding Light in the Darkness."

"Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise."

~Victor Hugo

We asked SKA students to reflect on the powers that love and unity can have in a world of darkness and separation. Though these themes were chosen prior to the pandemic, they have become all the more important in these times. We hope that the art and writings of our fellow students will help to bring our readers the same amazing perspectives and hope that they brought us.
